Resep ini manteeep banget. Bener2 sesuai dengan dendeng batokok yg selalu gw kangenin. Dendeng batokok yg gw kenal adalah dendeng yg dagingnya dipanggang (bukan digoreng), agak tebel (bukan tipis2 kayag dendeng balado),…dan asli dari Pekanbaru :D.

Resep aslinya pake lidah sapi dan jeroan. Krn kita gak mengkonsumsi jeroan, jg jarang makan lidah, jadi kita pake daging sapi aja (has dalam).

Soto
