air untuk merebus

1 kg kerang hijau<br />
air untuk merebus<br />
1 sdm jahe cincang halus ( aku pake 1 sdm jahe bubuk, habis soale jahe segerku )<br />
1 kaleng kecil nanas, cincang halus ( bs pake yg fresh )<br />
1 sdm air jeruk lemon<br />
3 sdm saus tomat<br />
3 sdm saus sambal botolan<br />
100 ml air jus nanas( syrup dari nanas kaleng dicampur air )<br />
2 sdm minyak untuk menumis</p>
<p>Bumbu halus :<br />
3 cabe rawit<br />
4 cabe merah<br />
6 butir bawang merah<br />
4 siung bawang putih<br />
1 sdt trasi</p>
<p>Cara membuat :<br />
Rebus kerang sampai terbuka, tiriskan buang airnya ( krn pk frosenan yg udah kebuka kerangnya ya rebus gitu aja selama 10 menit )<br />
Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum, masukan jahe, nanas, saus tomat, saus sambal aduk rata.<br />
Tambahkan kerang hijau, air jeruk lemon dan jus nanas.<br />
Masak sampai kuah mengental</p>

12 cabe hijau besar, iris serong tipis<br />

</strong>- Panggang daging sapi dlm oven panas suhu 130C selama 15 min, angkat. Pukul2 hingga agak tipis.<br />
- Campur dengan sisa bahan, aduk rata. Biarkan selama 15 min hingga bumbu meresap.<br />
- Panggang kembali hingga bumbu matang dan agak kering, angkat. Sisihkan.<br />
</span></span><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-size:100%;"><strong><span style="color:#999900;">**</span>Sambal:<br />
</strong>Panaskan minyak, goreng semua bahan sebentar di atas api sedang,<br />
jangan sampai layu. Angkat.<br />

</strong>Tuang sambal di atas dendeng. Sajikan.<br />
<span style="color:#999900;"><em>** Tips: ini penting niy, krn kebetulan sy pernah kurang sukses membuat campuran sambel u/ dendeng ini. Saat itu sy 100% ngikutin resep ini. Ternyata garam itu gak larut di minyak panas sekalipun, akibatnya sambelnya terasa ada butiran2 garam, dan campurannya gak homogen. Ada spot tertentu yg asiiiin ada yg kurang asin. Nah stelah nanya ke <a href="http://groups.yahoo.com/group/naturalcookingclub/">mailist NCC</a>, ketemu caranya. Jadi pastikan garam udah larut sebelum dimasukkan ke dalam minyak panas. Pertama iris2 cabe hijau, campur dgn perasan jeruk nipis-aduk2. Kemudian masukkan garam. Aduk2 (plus sedikit ditekan2 dgn sendok) bersama campuran cabe hijau &amp; jeruk nipis tadi. Setelah garam hilang dari pandangan baru deh ditumis dlm minyak panas plus tambahin gula, bentaaaar aja. Baru terakhir masukin irisan bawang merah&#8230; Mmmm haruuum!</em></span></span></span></span></p>

</strong>1. Rebus daging sapi hingga setengah matang.<br />
Tambahkan bumbu halus, lengkuas, daun jeruk, serai, daun kunyit dan asam, aduk rata.<br />
Masak hingga daging lunak. Angkat. Tiriskan.<br />
Potong ukuran 1&#215;1 cm. Sisihkan cairannya.<br />
2. Tusuki setiap 4-5 potong daging dengan tusuk sate*. Panggang di atas bara api sambil dibalik2 dan diolesi minyak hingga matang dan harum. Angkat. Sisihkan.<br />

</strong>Panaskan sisa cairan (kaldu) di atas api sedang. Tambahkan campuran tepung beras, adung rata hingga mengental. Angkat.<br />
Sajikan sate bersama saus, ketupat, dan taburan bawang merah goreng.</span></p>

*2 sdm air jeruk nipis/lemon cui, untuk melumuri ikan<br />
*1000 ml air<br />
*10 lembar daun jeruk<br />
*1 lembar daun kunyit<br />
*2 batang serai, memarkan<br />
*10 butir bawang merah, iris tipis<br />
*4-5 buah cabai rawit<br />
*2 batang daun bawang, iris 2 cm<br />
*2 buah tomat, belah-belah<br />
*1 ½ sdt garam<br />
*20-30 lembar daun kemangi<br />
*2 sdm air jeruk nipis/lemon cui</p>
<p>Cara membuat:<br />
1. Siangi ikan, potong masing-masing menjadi 2-3 bagian. Lumuri dengan garam dan air jeruk, sisihkan selama 30 menit atau lebih<br />

Sotos are commonly differentiated by the meat ingredient in them, i.e. <em>soto ayam</em> (chicken soto) and <em>soto daging</em> (beef soto). <p>Soto can have a clear broth, a yellow transparent broth (coloured with turmeric) or a milky coconut-milk broth.</p>
<p>Another way to classify sotos is by their regional style. Many metropolitan areas have their own regional soto versions:</p>

Stir down the mixture into 1 liter of chicken bouillon and add a cup of water. Heat the soup until it boils and then put in the meatballs. Let it simmer for a minute or two before you serve your bakso. </span></span></p>
<p style="background:white;line-height:18pt;"><span style="color:black;font-family:&quot;"><span style="font-size:small;">Bakso is normally served with noodles. To spice it up you can use chili sauce, soyasauce, tomato ketchup, Chinese chive. It is your bakso, so you can, and should, do whatever you want to in order to make it taste good.</span></span></p>

Sambal kacang:<br />
Haluskan cabe bersama dengan bawang putih<br />
Masukan kacang goreng, uleg sampai agak halus<br />
Beri sedikit air asam dan kecap.<br />
Aduk rata dan siap diguyurkan diatas ketoprak</p>

Diatas piring tata lontong, bihun, tauge dan tahu<br />
Siramkan sambal kacang diatasnya<br />

Lumuri cumi-cumi dengan air jeruk nipis dan garam, biarkan minimal 30 menit<br />
Tumis bumbu halus bersama dengan lengkuas, serai dan daun salam sampai harum<br />
Masukan cumi, aduk rata.<br />
Tuangkan air dan kecap, masak sampai kuah mengental<br />
Sajikan hangat</p>
<p>Tips:<br />

Jangan terlalu kental atau terlalu encer<br />
Panaskan minyak lalu tuangkan 1 sendok sayur adonan dipinggir wajan<br />
Goreng sampai kuning keemasan</p>
<p><span style="color:#cc0000;"><strong>TIPS</strong> :<br />
Dapat juga memisahkan antara adonan tepung dengan kedelainya, jadi setiap 1 sendok sayur adonan tepung beri 1 sdt kacang biar banyaknya kedelai dalam rempeyek bisa sama.<br />
Jangan lupa mengaduk-aduk adonan sebelum digoreng karena tepung selalu mengendap dibawah.<br />
Kedelai bisa diganti dengan kacang atau teri.<br />
Kalo menggoreng rempeyek sebaiknya memakai wajan teflon biar ga nempel ya adonannya diwajan. Sayang aku ga punya wajan teflon yang wok jadi pake saucepan boleh juga, tapi hati-hati ya dengan minyak panasnya<br />
Jika pake wajan wok yang besar aku bisa bikin yang tipis dan lebar, tapi berhubung ada wajan datar dan cupet *baca kecil* jadi hanya bisa yang kecil-kecil rempeyeknya*<br />
Santan fungsinya untuk membuat rempeyek renyah dan tidak keras, ada juga yang pake kapur sirih jika pengen ngirit :p<br />
